When I was instructing out there still we had a bunch of guys from Air Seychelles comes and get their ATPs done so they could fly the company's N number 767. They'd never been to a strip club before so one of the instructors (not me) took them over to the HiLiter. I guess they had a good time.

Seggy and I were flying last night and we heard Skybus come over the radio requesting some kind of crap short cut direct to their destination. So without even thinking I just keyed the mike and said "Scab!" and Seggs just bust out laughing!! We thought Velo would get a kick out of that.

Careful now, using the word scab incorrectly over on that "other" site will get you banned!

It's a matter of perspective and intent. There are some things APC doesn't welcome that JC has no problem with. To each their own. Both have their place.

Velo is a good dude. I've met him in real life too, and he's a smart gentleman. He just feels very strongly about his convictions and union stance. I admire people who stand up for what they believe in, and the fact that he could care less about being the most popular guy on the internet. At least he's real, not a phony, and not full of BS. He calls it like he sees it.
