Who's going to be our first renter?

My wife has been in the Philippines acting as the general contractor fixing up a house we bought for my MIL a year ago.

It was pretty much a shell, missing doors, windows, plumbing, etc...

But it was in the neighborhood she wanted.
(Yes I stay here when I'm in country...no this won't be my retirement home)

This week is outside week, good progress so far.....

The wrap around patio, fence, walls on side and back (not built yet), new windows upstairs, soffit, new gutter, paint whole house, tray ceilings upstairs and down as well as adding stone veneer to front wall was $900.

She's getting good practice to build our retirement home in Palawan
