Memorize your flows. With loud noises and distractions in the background. That's the single best thing you can do to prepare.

Also, once you can rattle off all the flows and memorized system checks in the time it takes to take a shower(do able with the 99), you're golden

The BOS-SLC is actually BOS-CVG-SUS-SLC on Sunday. I don't know enough about the coastal glow flights to comment about them. They are long runs, but good for building time, if that's what your into.

From what I hear they are not quite the time building runs as they used to be. When we first got the contract there were only two pilots doing the glo-flights. We were blocking 80'ish hrs a month. Then the routing was modified and they added a reserve line in the mix and it was down to about 40 hrs a month. I hear its down to 25 to 30 a month for the pilots doing the glo-flights from a buddy that was doing them a couple of months ago.

Yeah they were just starting to trim them way back when I left. The time building days of CVG are over for the time being. Then again you could argue that they haven't existed for a couple of years.

I'm getting somewhere in the neighborhood of 60/month. But the schedule (as in show times day to day) sucks
