Seems like they've been looking for a while, can anyone comment on work conditions/ company?

As far as I know they are very good company. Treat their employees right,
havent had any issues..that im aware of.

Heard good things about them, the only drawback might be having to live in LAS. Fun to visit, not sure I would want to live there. Lots of crime, etc.

From what I have heard, a good company. One of our dispatcher got hired there. Of course he was commuting from LAS to IND.

Since they are looking at doing flights to Hawaii, anyone with etops experience should easily get hired.

I never even thought of them having trouble getting ppl to live in LAS, I've only visited a few times, is the crime off the stripe really that bad?
Any idea of when they want to start service to HNL?

Not necessarily - I know someone with 2 years of worldwide ETOPS, who was told he was overqualified, so....
