I'm curious if Mercaptopurine(6-MP) is allowed by the FAA for treatment of ulcerative colitis?

If not is 6-MP allowed for any other treatments?

If 6mp is allowed for another treatment but not ulcerative colitis, is a candidate usually allowed an SI by a case-by-case basis from the FAA?
