Just got off the phone with Terri Owens and she said there is only two forms she thought she had changed that. She apologized. So there is only two forms attached with the email.
 
you need to fill out the OF306 and send it back as soon as you can. the other form just fill out and hold for the PEPC. she recommended filling out the SF-86 (im En Route) so i have it ready. she said they are going to be emailing me with the site to log in and do the e-QIP before the pepc to save time. she said its a new thing they are just starting so she didnt know to much about the process of it. she did tell me to bring the sf-86 to the pepc even if i do fill it out on e-QIP before just in case it doesnt go through.

so most important is to fill out the OF306 quickly and get it back to them via fax or email.

Thank you for posting this! I thought I was koo-koo, again. They must be going through many changes; I've seen numerous errors, as if it were a new company.

Go figure the guy who lives 45min away from the PEPC gets the lazy time :)

So, while most of you are hauling ass checking out of a hotel, driving through morning commute traffic in an unfamiliar city, and cursing our endless road construction, I'll be hitting the snooze button a few more times :D

Confirmed for November 20, now just need the times...To those of you who already have your appointment, where is the PEPC being held at? So I can prepare travel arrangements.
