As you can see, those are 50-seat airplanes, not 78-seat airplanes. We allow 50-seaters, because quite frankly, the company doesn't get any economic advantage from outsourcing that flying. That's why they stopped the outsourcing after only a few months. Our scope doesn't differentiate between props and jets, so anything with more than 70 seats is prohibited from being outsourced. If they want to strip the Q400 down to 69 seats, then they can do so, but they are also tightly limited on the number of block hours that they can outsource. Basically, the scope is tight enough where it makes it completely not worthwhile.
