Water injection for the win.how overweight, or reduced thrust, or both, does a 787 have to be, to not be able to lift off of a 13,100+ foot runway? I wouldn’t think it would be a config error, as that would give an instant warning. The last jet i saw using significant amounts of runway like that, nearly 10,000 feet, were fully loaded A-model KC-135 tankers.
Nah more like it’s weird I work with people that don’t understand how brake energy works. Or that there aren’t any gates when you arrive in Seattle.Imagine trying to turn every thread you post in into a "poor me I'm a major airline captain" conversation.
“life is harder when you’re stupid.”

Says the guy who was hoping he’d fly an Airbus out of PDX. Probably the dumbest thing I’ve seen in my entire career. Medical grade moron.

New one about the whistleblower and subsequent whistleblowers. It’s a sequel to that one in 2022 and uses the same name, Downfall but labeled “A reckoning for Boeing”Is there a new Boeing doc, or is this just the old one from a couple years ago?
