Yes. And remember that when you start, you are only making 74% of dispatch pay until you pass your comp check and upgrade, which can take upwards of 6 months depending on your class seniority.

SWA will change soon, they're overdue.

With how negotiations have been going, I'd call that a tad optimistic. But I hope you're right.
