I am ok with the private sector requiring vaccines as long as its not a government mandate or backdoor policy. No one is forced to work at United. However at the company I run, I want the option to choose not to force it on my employees. My company, my choice.
I got the flu shot once, and I never have been so sick in my life due to severe reactions of the vaccine. I also had Covid-19 and I really had no symptoms other than being tired for a day or two. Based on this, my doctor recommended I do NOT get the COVID Vaccine. Does United have a policy to allow medical exemptions to those that get severe reactions to vaccines?
