How much worrying is necessary? Are we talking just the occasional twinge, or full-blown anxiety attacks?

Is spelling or attention to detail discouraged? Should the person you hire have any clue what they're talking about regarding the job you're hiring them for or is that discouraged as well?

You could argue that a CFI teaching sketchy primary in a PA-28 is, in fact, a Piper Worrier.

All joking aside, what’s up with this? Web site almost seems constructed by a Nigerian Prince. Clearly not put up by someone with an aviation background.
Could be a coupon site making money from flight schools, but why hire instructors?
Edit, re-read original post. One of their clients are hiring.
Still petty sketchy

I thought you were looking for someone to instruct your client in how to win air races. Then I saw Piper Worrier. What a let down.

Sorry guys, Piper Warrior Instructor. Airacer is a company name.

Sorry for the misspelling. This position is for pilots who have CFI, and want to build up flight hours. They could use their off hours teaching some PPL students how to pilot, on the ground and in the sky, and get paid for that.

That strikes me as a typo rather than a misspelling. It's a tough crowd 'round here. In sky diving and first impressions, ensure your rigging is snug.
