I broke guarantee this month (on reserve) and in the crew pay tab they adjusted my days this month I was under 4:12. I also had 5 days I sat with no call. I thought those got paid 4:12 each or is that going to come later like once they post the per diem? Don't wanna miss out on 20 hrs of pay if they mess it up (from what I've been told). Right now they just changed the assigned and processed credit for next pay period.

Now, having said that, keep an eye on the crew pay tab and your paycheck to make sure you get your money ;)

I have never had them email me about them coming up short. I had to call paycomp and have them correct it on a later check. But the one time they overpaid me, I received an email before paychecks were even posted that the pay would be coming out of my next check.
 
I just got paid 10 hours of OT900 Jet while it should have been ER7 Reserve. I'm not complaining, but I did call to let 'em know. They said they'll "fix it" on the next paycheck. That's gonna suck. Oh well. This doesn't usually happen - I check my paychecks down to the minute and it usually only varies a couple of cents here and there (rounding errors).

That sounds like a lot of work
 
So this was pimped to us because we have no issues filling classes and we are properly staffed. A mere 12 hours after this thing passes the ORD CP sends out a message saying basically, "hey, can you help out his weekend. We are a little short."

I really hate that people with less than a year can vote on this stuff. I'm not saying everyone with less than a year voted yes, but I think it was the first year guys and the uber senior that what an increase in 401k before hey check out.
