As short as a month or two for each upgrade. Or, you could just tell HR that you would only come on-board if you could go straight into a 1900 or Metro and they will make it happen.

If you've got any significant multi time, you'll likely start in the 99. From there, if you are willing to move, I'd guess no more than 6 months or so.

4 months from 99 to Metro for me. I trained a guy that was Chieftain-> 99-> 1900 in 5 months. It's possible

I did PA31 -> 1900 in 7 months, so its for sure possible to move quick.

Just depends where you get Chieftain based. Not enough people in Hayward to have guys move on, one guy told me he was awarded upgrade but he couldn't be released from base for training.

Any ideas why this is in Dayton? Do they even have a base there? The last Open House was in DFW, and it was announced that their new HQ would be in DFW not long after the Open House was announced.
