We better all slim down

At one point I had over 250,000 laquinta points, 150,000 H honors, 50,000 holiday inn, and 40,000 marriott.

Personally, my instructor and I still fit in a C150, so I'm not worried.

I try to divulge as little as possible on the internet, but my neck is 17" according to my wife who measured it last night, and my bmi according to the insurance healthgate exam or whatever it is called, is 33. I may skate this one. Next medical is due in March. Going to try like hell to drop 25 just to sweeten the deal. I need to anyways...

You sound just like me. I had lost 25 over the summer but its been a difficult this fall and I'm back.
I better get back on Herbalife

Not to diverge from the hotel theme, but this is risk management. My problem is what starts as the baseline may not in fact be the end result baseline as they acknowledged. Beware what follows.

Medication wise if I as a controller take a Benadryl I'm out for 60 hours after ingestion. I'm a layman, but that's extreme in my uneducated view. I'm largely ignorant when it comes to medicine, but I grew up in a medically oriented household and married a Nurse Practitioner. I brought my wife lunch today and the other mid level provider and the doctor (to be fair everyone I've broached the subject with with a masters in medicine or MD) thinks it is asinine. None of them were AMEs of Flight Surgeons, that I admit.

I also guarantee if I triggered the need for a sleep study, I couldn't sleep in a sterile observed environment.

So if you are aware that you don't meet the medical standard without a special issuance, does that mean you have to self-ground yourself immediately?

This can't be all that bad. I'm sitting in the terminal right now about to board an AE flight to DFW. I kid you not, I'm looking at one if the largest women I've seen on an airplane; and she's the FA!
There is NO way she could fit through an over wing exit. God help us if she gets to the exit first because she'll serve as the cork in an soon-to-be-pressured filled "bottle".
