Find a job that involves less instructing, more flying. I like instructing, but I want to fly, not watch. It's like dangling a carrot in front of a rabbit.

Get help for my addiction to Jetcareers......get my initial CFI and then get a job using said rating!

2. Find some job flying, hopefully instructing
3. Graduate college in December (Scary thinking about it now)
4. Commercial SES & perhaps MES
5. Fly a whole bunch of different airplanes
6. Try to get towards 500 TT.
7 (Perhaps): Consider writing a business plan to start a flight school


The big ones to me are 1,2 and 3. Beyond that, is cake. 7 is nothing but a pipe dream, but would be really something that I'd like to do someday.
