What are your 2010 AVIATION goals?

mooneyguy

been around forever
Here we are the last day of 2009. It seems like we just did this, it's hard to believe 2009 is gone. So that got me thinking, what do I want 2010 to hold for me, and my aviation goals.

Thanks to our current economy, I have been very stagnate in my flying this year. I did finish my MEI which was good, but business has been terrible. So I hope to finally get some significant flying in this year! Which that should start happening for me in the next few days...I hope.

I don't really have any more endorsements, or cert's that I need this year, just flight time. So I guess my goal for this year is to pick up at least another 7-800 hours, and maybe a flying job (non-cfi) before the end of the year.

What about you, what's your goal(s) for aviation in 2010?

Happy New Year!

Hopefully get a flying job so I can ditch Line Service. That's my goal. I guess we'll see if it comes true or not.

wow 6-8 hours this year. I like 400 hours for my 135 mins. If I can finish that up this year I will be happy.

1. Instrument rating

2. I want to fly every month.

3. Don't kill myself and my friends doing what I love.

(not necessarily in that order)

I'd love to step foot in a plane that is not an airliner. Every year I hope to start my training but I never find the money to do so :(

Find a job that involves less instructing, more flying. I like instructing, but I want to fly, not watch. It's like dangling a carrot in front of a rabbit.

Paying off my flight loan, getting checked out at the local FBO, flying some time, it doesn't look good for me, I made a mistake of pursuing my multi commercial at the most expensive school in this galaxy using VA which in turn proved as a catastrophic decision....anyway....I wanna forget it....cheers!
