What are your 2010 AVIATION goals?

Get typed on the flight schools King Air, for no other reason than to do it... but considernig the cost of the divorce it may be prohibitive financially :D

Get my fourth stripe back.

I hate that about this industry. Set all the goals you want but when it comes down it, there are too many things an person can't do. We are dependant on others (usually clueless management) for our own progress. I hope this economy turns and I hope you get that stripe,
here's to a successful 2010 .

To finish this god awful desk job overseas and get back to Kingsville in Aug to fly these:

I need to finish up my CFI-A

Then I would like to get my CFI-G

Plan to spend most spring, summer, and fall teaching in gliders and flying the pawnee to build tailwheel time. I got another year and half left to finish my M.B.A. so I'm not in any hurry to meet any companies requirments. My goal is just to enjoy this next year and do some flying that I enjoy instead of always chasing the next career goal. I am also planning to do a few aerobatic compeitions this year and I am already planning this years trip to Oshkosh and figuring out if I can afford to miss a week of graduate classes to hit up Sun and Fun this year.

I want to finish my CFI, as well as add a float rating to my ticket. I'd also like to take my ATP written, and keep working on school and building time. Hopefully I'll be able to get into the twin this year, though I dunno. We'll see.

I would love to finish college.
Get my ATP.
Fly something new like a helicopter.
Fly somewhere new.
Keep it safe.

You will enjoy her....I flew that particular jet right before I went home on holiday leave this Dec. I'm sure they have some less pretty Alphas for you to fly down in krock though :)

Mine is to earn the wings of gold here in the next couple of months, and *crossing fingers* head off to Whidbey Island, WA to go fly big old grey Grumman jets while they are still around. Wouldn't scoff at a Growler though :D

I'd like to come into 2011 with my Commercial Multi. I'm working hard at it, but seeing how many things out of my control have gone wrong with my private checkride, who knows.

1. find a new job, something freight related.

2. Get atp cert done; finally did the written 4 months ago, so now I just need to do the actual test, but that requires #1 or extra cash

Succeeded with my goal for 2009: 135 IFR mins.

Goal for 2010: ATP. And maybe a 135 job. But I would be content instructing for another year. Rumor has it more Indian students are on the way!

I assume you qual in both then? Difference is HUD/glass cockpit vice no HUD/glass cockpit.

Get winged, go to the fleet and get ready for the real fun....or not.

Make it through IOE, enjoy the heck out of myself, and turn fewer wrenches than props.

Oh, and pass 2300hrs.

I'm not going to post what my goal is, because I don't want to jinx myself.

But those of you who know me will know exactly what my goal for this year is.
