The point I was trying to make was; how are you differentiating yourself? Many meet the minimum requirements, too many to hire based on "do you like beer and can I be around you for days" as the only metric.I literally have no idea what the point is you're trying to make. At some point I'll try to market myself more but I kind of had and will have golden handcuffs at the old and new job. I made to much money flying air ambo and will flying the Bro also. At some point I'm sure I'll make the jump to the next level, LCC, Charter, or Cargo airline. Right now my bank account is thanking me though.
As for my metro PIC time, that crap is useless. I can't give it away. Go fly right seat in a jet. That time and networking (at an airline) is much more valuable.

There have been many SA227 guys that disagree with your assessment of PIC time in the turbo-tube, but the networking is what's needed indeed, but also hard to come by from this side of the industry. I agree, but the time isn't worthless if you make the right connections. I was just curious as to how you were selling it, because it is pretty easy to sell, but if you're anything like me, it's pretty easy to get a big head over as well and sell it wrongly.
I haven't had anyone tell me in the last year and a half to go get part 121, jet, or part 121 jet time... Except for FedEx.
