Set your expectations appropriately - that it is a job to get your foot in the door and move to something else, and not something to do only for money, and there are some good options out there. Particularly if you understand the plan isn't to be there long, and be ready to move.

- Mostly kick-ass overnights, in places you might actually want to go
- Two types in less than a year
- Essentially the same crappy pay as elsewhere
- Didn't manage to piss off too many people
- Off to better things in less than a year
I know a guy hired by Silver last July in the 1900. He's still on reserve. He will be nowhere near ATP mins come August and he had to relocate to BFE Pennsylvania for the job.
For some people the timing works out and everything is gravy. It's just trying to figure out how to be one of those people...
