Where are you staying?

Just wondering why we don't get back to "simple"; just an idea.

The Hawthorne DoubleWide trailer. It was blast. I even took home a NJC Coffee Cup door prize (well Julie did but I acquired it). Then we had that cool aircraft carrier game...Nothing like some drunk pilots trying to land the plane.

It was a total blast, and just simple. Walking distance from all the rest of the stuff on the strip.

The Blazer mission to places unknown........lol.

And the dark part of NJC, where there always seems to be at least one couple breaking up during the event. :)

I thought he was the construction worker from the village people.

Sometimes him, and sometimes the bike gang dude. :)

That place had bad mojo for couples..... I think three couples ended up on the splitz, but then another ended up getting married.....

Was it three, or four couples? Yeah....it was bad mojo alright, especially having to be the bouncer for the event and as the song goes "keep 'em separated". :)

Flashbacks of 2010. "$89 block room rate? Dude, that's a rip off rate at The Palms, it's $85 over at Terrible's so I'll just take a cab..." #reallyhappenedbro

Hey, I thought I was the only one that ever stated there for NJC. Done it a few times, but we (wife was with me that year) stayed at the Palms.

Actually never had a problem at Terrible's. I think it has changed hands now.

that wzs the second year with the Aircraft carrier, right? 2004? I was there that year...but there was one in '03 that's when you established the "Szluka Award"...which we will give out this year.

Correct. 2003 was a "hey were going to Vegas, who wants to join" kind of year.....Bee was the social butterfly. I still remember him being teh first person to walk up and introduce himself.

Hahahahahaha!! The Palms was sweet! And you got us no cover into the club.....people were whining about that? What's funny is the guy who stayed at terribles for $85 is complaining about passengers who will go with the cheapest flight with 4 connecting legs on Kayak to save $5. I guess it shouldn't surprise me. Back when I was at AMF one day after having shared a cab with another freight dog to the day layover hotel for the past month I see him open his bag at the fbo and its full of toilet paper and loose light bulbs. I ask him about it and he seriously thought I was the crazy one cause I don't take all the 60 watt bulbs and toilet paper from the hotel room every day.
Hey @Tld, remember when I got kicked out?!

I hear ya. At least in my world they can't be anonymous. And we have the UCMJ ;) You should get that.

My "Excuse me, but this isn't a negotiation" has gotten less effective over the years. @MikeD's "Partner you don't have the time to deal with it so I went ahead and took care of the problem" helps greatly! :)

User? What user!

Maybe that explains the rides out into parts unknown in the OJ-Mobile..... :eek2:
