We're not asking for flow, which is a job being handed to you. We're upset because we've been made to believe that our MEC was told any kind of contractual career progression (which half the company had) was not on the table.
They just put the value of 5 years of bag throwing and 100 hours of 152 time equal to that of being a 121 captain, flying DL pax, for 2 years.

Well, in fairness, you don’t work for Delta. You are an employee of Endevour. Your company is a subcontractor for Delta. Just because your company may be owned by Delta, that means nothing. Ask any ASA or Comair pilot what their company being wholly owned by Delta actually means. Ask any DGS employee below upper management what it means.

First off, I was told being owned by delta, meant EVERYTHING....Well, in fairness, you don’t work for Delta. You are an employee of Endevour. Your company is a subcontractor for Delta. Just because your company may be owned by Delta, that means nothing.

Hey are the Compass flows upgrading now?
Nice place to land. Some of them upgraded a year ago.
Hell some of them are upgrading to the 320 and the 737, not just the Maddog and 717.Some of them upgraded a year ago.
What is the point of this program when Delta already has an endless supply of regional fodder from which it can fill however many pilot positions are open?
That's our MEC chairman's letter. And to us, its not a grievous over-reaction, for it to be dropped during the information stage of a TA...
I'm glad to see its just an experiment to see if there's interest, but you have to at least see why people at our level would be upset about it.
How dare theyIt's a poll.
We've had some people from other employee groups get the aviation bug, get their licenses, build time and end up very successful new pilots.
The poll is largely "is there interest if we explored the idea of some sort of program" and THATS IT
Plus, simply because someone has DeltaNet access and can take the poll does not mean that they're not going to pull their results out.
First off, I was told being owned by delta, meant EVERYTHING....
2nd.... Is Delta, the airline, owned by a larger Delta Air LIne Group or Inc or something, similar to American Airlines and AAG?
There is no correlation between your contract and this poll.
Like zero.
Southernjets is going to make decisions that benefits Southernjets without regard to where Endeavor is with their negotiations. Trust me.
I repeat. THIS IS JUST A POLL Unless you're hearing from one of the few people in for the meeting, chances are you're getting inaccurate information and whoever wrote the MEC update was alarmist and incorrect.
Literally the only people saying "we're part of the same company" is Endeavor and literally no one else makes decisions based upon current events there.

Wait, wait, wait, wait....your pilot group has a guaranteed interview, but you (they) are complaining because Delta wants to possibly make it easier to bring their own employees onto the pilot seniority ranks?
