United Hiring (again!)

Any tips as an internal employee who is close to their one year with United? I have dispatch experience and haven’t had any luck with getting past the video portion when I was external. Is shadowing going to help me at all? I know it’s all random who HR selects to interview etc… I’m just getting antsy

Alright, I've heard they changed the test...any word on what it's like? The nerves are firing up into full swing. Gimme 200 questions, fine, but at least tell me it's 200 questions 😅

I know if you made it to the video interview it is a 6 month waiting period but that is all I have heard! Who knows. Good luck either way.

They like internals a lot. Even prior service with company as long as you parted ways on good terms.
