The test is designed to evaluate core competencies essential for this role, and having a solid grasp of the subject matter will help you demonstrate in the interview your full potential. Please ensure you are familiar with the key concepts and technical knowledge relevant to dispatch.

It is difficult for us to hear that applicants we recommend are not making it to the face-to-face interview due to their lack of preparation.

Sorry I really can't. But let's just say whatever you did to prepare for your ATP written assessment.

It’s the same for every class. Roughly three months of classroom followed by about four weeks of desk training.

Is this as brutal as it sounds

Unless it was changed after I reached out to HR on 1/29/26, I was advised that I would not be eligible to apply again for another six months after not getting past the one way video interview.

Who did you reach out to in HR? Im trying to find someone to email to see when I can apply
