The eastern 737 not an.I worked an Eastern/EAL 737 last month. Felt a little like vectoring Tomcats toward the Zeros attacking Pearl harbor, but its better than the dozen iterations of Pan Am.

This is a bankrupt Russian airline. I doubt there is a severance package.
Tacos! In Soviet Russia, employee pays for… crap, I had a really funny idea but I just lost it.

We are talking about Transaero, right? Isn't that what the thread is about? Just curious if I went wrong somewhere, or if you are trying to get a point across...But in other parts of the world...

Funny, because every gun thread seems to talk about mental illness
The point is we have NO idea who flew those planes. They could be ferry pilots by the leasing companies Transaero pilots, etc. In the past, a condition of getting paid out severance packages at a few airlines was dependent on doing flights like this. All I am saying.
The severance package is they hold your family hostage until you agree to take the trip.

Probably, but that screenshot isn't a time-lapse of one bird, it's actually 16 Transaeros in the air heading south at the same time. Sad really. Was that plane heading to LETL, (Teruel)? That airfield was specifically built to be like Pinal Airpark, but in Europe.
If my terms and conditions of employment required me to operate the flight, I would operate it.If your severance package was dependent on your ferrying the airplane, you probably would have said 'OK'.
