Oh dingleberry, if you read the context, it was in reference to how people have ignore lists, but since I'm a moderator, I don't have the luxury of being able to say "Oh, I've had enough of reading this".

I just saw the last post as I was scrolling through topics. That meme popped into my head. I loves me some NDGT

Okie doke.

Admittedly, I'm a little hypersensitive today as I feel a bit like an unescorted bomber over Dresden during WW2 right now on a number of levels.

It's ok. They'll get PBS working again soon. 4 to 6 days is what I heard!

Actually yes you have. Your excuses are essentially a form of projection. You constantly complain about tons of different things about pinnacle and do your best to make it sound like that is why YOU got screwed. In reality you should have known what you were getting yourself into at 9E.

Colgan already being in the picture along with the reputation 9E management was rocking should have scared you away. Instead you let Jet U (of which you have defended for some stupid reason in the past) steer you toward 9E without you doing your due diligence.

No, you will not find a complaint about the 9E job itself. Door close to door open it was a great job and I enjoyed it very much. All of my complaints have been in regards to poor union decisions mostly and some mgt decisions.

When/if you get stapled on a list somewhere you will likely blame ALPA for screwing you rather than looking back at your decision to stick it out at Virgin knowing the risk.

Decision to stick it out? You make it sound like I have offers at Delta and United and am turning them down to ride the Red wave. I'm here by a sheer luck cold call and I count my blessings for that. I have no regrets. As for getting stapled, hell I'd take a Delta/American/United staple tonight if offered. And even if it's a merger with another airline and I do get screwed by ALPA, at least I won't be in the untenable situation before of a permanent regional FO that cannot make a livable wage. Here as FO one can make six figures while they ride out their FO stagnation after a merger. My biggest shock factor was the fact I was stuck at regional FO wages and kept out from any upgrade opportunities in any 9E/9L planes while 9L guys hire dafter me would come straight into left seat of 9E planes.

I don't have a left seat ego. All I care about is making a good wage that allows me to live in a comfortable lifestyle for my family. Problem is at a regional that isn't a FO wage, a comfortable living is on CA wages. 5th year regional FO wage and permanently stuck on that wasn't going to cut it. I had done it as a single and married person but it was not what I'd call a comfortable wage. Where I am now, I probably won't upgrade until 2020-2021 but I really couldn't care about that because I know I have a comfortable wage.
