SWA Landing gear collapse at LGA

Im not keen on the rules on the topic but how is exchanging controls at 400Ft allowed? Seems like an easy 'unstable approach, go-around' kind of decision to me...o_O

Anyone care to shed some light on this?

According to the new Cat II program at Eagle you do it at 100 feet. Granted, that's from AP coupled FO to hand flown CA landing.

Most dangerous place on the airport is being between Southwest and their gate.
Here I thought it was between the dirty old men pilots and the Korean Airlines gate at IAD when the crew deplanes.

So there I was coming through KCM in IAD. I turn the corner through the door to see a hot Korean Air flight attendant being felt up by a rather attractive TSA agent. I knew it was going to be a good day.
