I guess the intersection of having a potential transport business merger and a Transportation Secretary interested in wielding the Administrative Procedure Act (I guess?) hasn't happened much compared to the more-common anti-trust actions under the Justice Department.

It's not like Buttigieg can tap-in when ABInBev wants to buy SABMiller, "I got this!!

I agree, not sure what her interest is in this, it’s not as if spirit is an airline beloved by the public. I have to imagine most of the general public won’t care or will be happy that spirit is disappearing.
