What do the coordinator positions do?
That seems, uh, a little desperate to throw someone right into coordinator training right out of ground school/OJT.
I believe they do a spark interview consisting of some generic HR questions.. I.e. why do you think you’re a good fit? Then a few dispatch related questions. Possibly scenario based questions. If you make it to the in person interview, it will begin with a written dispatch test, followed by a briefing of work/culture of spirit airlines, briefly talk about the benefits and pay and then you’ll continue on to a panel interview just after breaking for lunch. What questions do they ask ? Just curious? I know sky west does spark interviews
It’s an app employers have candidates download to help with the interview process. It forces you to awkwardly answer questions in front of a camera with limited attempts. You never realized how ugly and awkward you really are until you see yourself answering interview questions nervously.spark interviews?

Yeah, I'm very happy I got hired at a major before this became a standard thing in the interview process. I can understand why HR makes use of it, I'm just glad I didn't have to do it myself.![]()
