So the Avtec guy at ADF Safety Summit just mentioned how they are outfitting the new Spirit SOC. Guess that means Orlando is now confirmed.

Just checked with him and he said the Orlando facility is a backup one. They are outfitting the SOC but there's no plans to move from Miramar that he is aware of.

My application has been "Under Review" for several weeks, but have yet to recieve any contact. Nothing since the Video interview and no TBNT. Does anyone know if this is typical during their hiring process or have F2F invites gone out?

Still scheduled to have a big class, around 12 I think for January. Theyre in process of expanding the DSC role (coordinators) so they just took 5 or 6 dispatchers for that, also 1 just started ATC desk, and another 1 will fill a vacant ops manager position. We are losing 2 people as well to Southwest. So all those spots need to be filled plus more for growth (new deliveries) and keeping a few reserves. If you have interest in a coordinator position it seems to be in demand and they'll start you right after you finish training, comes with a nice 14% override.
