Spirit Airlines hiring posting

That seems, uh, a little desperate to throw someone right into coordinator training right out of ground school/OJT.

It's definitely alot more work/not as cushy as basic dispatching. Some don't find it worth the extra pay, but if it's your thing and you enjoy that kind of work then it's not a bad gig.

I believe they do a spark interview consisting of some generic HR questions.. I.e. why do you think you’re a good fit? Then a few dispatch related questions. Possibly scenario based questions. If you make it to the in person interview, it will begin with a written dispatch test, followed by a briefing of work/culture of spirit airlines, briefly talk about the benefits and pay and then you’ll continue on to a panel interview just after breaking for lunch.

Yeah, I'm very happy I got hired at a major before this became a standard thing in the interview process. I can understand why HR makes use of it, I'm just glad I didn't have to do it myself. :)

Yeah but they do THIS to us instead of reminding us what a C6B can do.

I already KNOW I'm awkward and ugly!
 
Not that I know of since the last postings. I know several people that got the video interview just before Christmas, so the question is will they hear something before or after New Years?

I know a couple of people that received an email Friday afternoon to schedule a phone interview. I haven't received one but my application status was updated that same day to "Phone Interview". Per those emails, if you're selected for F2F it's schedule for Jan 15th & 16th. Don't know much more than that.

Mine hasn’t been updated since the 27th, and I haven’t heard anyone that applied that I know of getting that far. Hopefully more calls go out this week.

Has anyone got any recent updates or scheduled a phone interview? My status has said "Phone Interview" since Dec 27th, but I have not heard anything more.
