Understand it's very competitive. If you're not being excepted, there are 600 people going for each posting. My advice is to continue your training. Dispatching is alot like practicing law. Dont give up. If you really want this thing to happen and you try to make yourself better, it will. I just hear too many jokes here. Dont give up on your dreams. Also, dont smoke crack. They change it up every few rounds. It’s been a mix of all of that at one point or another in the past so just study in a way that prepares you for any and everything dispatch/aviation weather related and take your time and pay attention to every detail with each question.
