AA also has to go back up the furlough list and ask all the deferals again before starting new-hire classes. That is a wild card too.
 
Sure they do, the teleconference on Friday even mentioned this fact.

Go over to talkairline and download the AA contract. When they get to the end of the list they don't go back up the list, they start a two year clock. At any time with in two years anyone that bypassed can come back if AA is running classes.

What happens if they're not running classes at the 2 year mark? Are you taken off the list or do you just wait for the next class?
