I will be applying for Gojet, I will also apply for delta although I have no dispatch experience but it doesn’t hurt to try

Bad idea, yes it can hurt you. In the aviation industry you run the risk of being black listed doing that as it shoes you either did not read the requirements or you knowingly wasted their time.

Ever heard of six degrees of Kevin Bacon? Same concept can be applied to the airline industry substituting "Kevin Bacon" for your's or anyone else's name.
