Don't follow what you mean about the skd...... is it 4/3 one week and 3/4 the next or one guy works 4/3 and the other works 3/4?

I imagine what he meant was 4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 4 off. Interesting schedule, and it does help the 4 days of 12 hours potential burnout. That 4th day is brutal.
