Hi everyone,
just had a couple of preflight questions for the piper arrow.
how to drain the pitot static system?
.
I don't remember a that drain system on my arrow.
Me neither. The Arrow II had a petcock underneath the instrument panel.
POH/AFM?
Sorry - broken record, but this kind of information is really not secret, is it?
Have you read a late 60's piper POH?
I'm flying a 68 arrow.........
IC, I guess I don't know my piper lineage as well as I thought.
actually it is a PA-28R-200, serial 28R-35021
thanks again for your help everyone.
The propeller used is a Hartzell HC-C2YK-1/7666A-2. It is a constant speed controllable pitch unit with the control located on teh control quandrant between the throttle and mixture controls.
I just dug up the 1969 POH that covers 35001-35392.
This 1969 Piper will also by my first introduction to a glass cockpit, believe that or not.anic:
