Pinnacle Status?

Higney might not, but I do.

2 day going out on the 22nd (Sunday)

I'll send you the details if you want.

Is that the 10 hour and change or the 7 hour in change? I'm RRA on the 22nd, but I'm off on the 23rd, so I doubt they'd give it to me since I'd be over guarantee for one of the days.

The 10 and change.

Austin, Huntsville, and Houston.

Never hurts to ask.

Just checking if you got the block hours for April. From the company website in 04/08 Block Hours 37,100 04/07 35,897

Right now, we only have the block hours for March. The FA bid pack will probably be out about this time next week, and we can probably see from there.

Alright, here's the break down for April:

March numbers

DTW 14,713
MEM 10,779
MSP 6,369
Other 921
IND 1,587

Total 34,370

April numbers:

DTW 14,801
MEM 10,559
MSP 5,389
Other 433
IND 1,217

Total 32,338

So, overall, a reduction of 2,032 hours. DTW is increasing by about 100 hours, IND is seeing a big boost, and MSP is losing most of the hours. MEM is only losing about 200. It's about 1000 hours less than what we had in Feb, so we ARE seeing a bit of a loss. This also doesn't take the ATL flying into account.

IND? You dont have a base there?

No base, but there's enough flying that it qualifies as something else than "other." They've been routing the MSP guys through IND since they've taken the biggest hit in block hours. I've only been to IND once since the new terminal opened, and that was last week. I'm guessing by "other" they mean places like LGA, MSN, GRR or DCA.

the most telling story will come when may info comes out. All indications point towards more block hours in May. Also, the company and their commitment to communication seems to be stronger than ever. Planes are supposed to be headed to the paint shop in april and 2 comair planes are to be used as spares and the company has said nothing on the matter. I will tell you this, if I show up at the gate and the plane is a former comair crj 200 I am refusing it in the name of "we don't have any planes painted in delta so it is obviously the wrong plane"

Nice. I like it. :)

The company hasn't said word one since the doom and gloom conference call months ago. That tosses out the first two guiding principles right there considering safety is compromised on a daily basis here thanks to the pilot pushing that goes on.

As for the ATL flying, according to the March bid pack, we had 4,642 hours for the ATL flying. I'd wager it's gonna be close to that in April. The FA bid pack was curiously lacking in block hours for ATL.
