I wouldn't recommend sending individual letters to management that express frustration. Pilots have had their employment terminated for far lesser offenses. It's always best to let your union handle letters to management.

Heh... I got phone calls, meetings, and lots of finger pointing for something similar a few years ago...

We got some good stuff laid out in the meetings, but, at best, all it did was serve as a message to management that there may, or may not be a moral problem.
