Oh Oh Ohhhhh GLP-1!!!

It was problem penises wasnt it?

Not quite, more about how a the Gila Monster can regulate its own blood sugar over long periods, even though the creature eats very sporadically. Hence the interest in how to adapt that for humans and avoid the daily shots of insulin for diabetics. The weight management aspect came later.

Sorry guys, I’m unintentionally •ting on GLP magic. I’m glad people are getting good results

Hah I KNEW IT!!! EVERYTHING comes back to the Gila monster. Sean Connery knows all about it!

One of my Flight attendants (the hot one) just invited me to beers with her date, and NHL retiree. He was cool as •. Canadian of course. I’m actually down with being third wheel. It;s this weird situation when you can talk freely about hot Canadians, bid ass titties, and big asses. Three Things i love to talk about (especially Canadian girls, come on!), all the time, before i talk about hot ass SL500’s

Which one? They're great folks. I get to hang out with NHL refs/lineys now and again—reffing is a small world—and they're always fun. The stories they have are amazing, if you get them talking.

GLP-1 receptor agonists have been used therapeutically since the first FDA approval of exenatide (Byetta) in 2005 for type 2 diabetes. While the clinical use of these medications is around 20 years old, the underlying scientific research into the GLP-1 hormone began in the early 1980s, following its discovery and characterization in the 1970s and 80s.

There should always be some concern when starting a new to the market medication. When my doc prescribed it for my T2D, I had a lengthy conversation about the pros and cons, and learned that an early version of a GLP-1 had been FDA approved about 20ish years ago. I would think if pancreases were gonna melt, we’d see that by now. Also, since mine seems to be at war with my body, collateral damage I say.
