The wavy gravy livery rocked. Only better one was the Ron Allen livery.
Fight me.
I was always taught the whole runway is mine until I vacate. No problem with advising tower that I’m using the whole runway, but I don’t have to ask.Looks like they queried tower if they could roll to the end, presumably for a quicker gate arrival? Tower approved it if they could keep their speed up, likely for minimum time on the runway.
Wavy did rock. Ron Allen…..Meh.The wavy gravy livery rocked. Only better one was the Ron Allen livery.

It is frustrating when you look at an airport diagram and see how meaningless these extra 20 seconds of savings wouldve been.Looks like they queried tower if they could roll to the end, presumably for a quicker gate arrival? Tower approved it if they could keep their speed up, likely forminimum time on the run
Ignore this.

Do you guys have competitions so see how fast you can get Lufthansa to go below 10k?
“Lufthansa say airspeed”
“Ve vere to maintain 320 nots!”
They seriously need remedial training about US procedures before they fly here. I’d say 1 out of 3 checks in with me level at 7,000 between 290-320kts because that’s what center assigned them.

Dead for sureImagine you’re a new hire commuter in SFO day sleeping in your car in the employee parking lot after a redeye and all of a sudden BONK a several hundred pound wheel assembly half-crushes your car
The other good one was Mexicana in socal. Apparently they’d miss crossing restrictions frequently, and one response to “Mexicana are you going to make xxx at yyy?” was “sometimes we do….sometimes we don’t!”
Ah, the military model of the air traffic social contract: they can’t make you do anything; they can only make you wish you had done something. This is true, within reason. I mean (as an extreme example), landing and slowing to 10 knots, then rolling to whatever runway exit you feel like 5000 feet further down and forcing go arounds of traffic in trail, would be unreasonable.
The ironic part is Germany is absolutely incensed if we ask for a high speed climb. Everywhere else in the world lets us accelerate to clean speed, but not Germany. Then, their crews come over and bust our speed restrictions regularly.Do you guys have competitions so see how fast you can get Lufthansa to go below 10k?

According to PPRUNE, you’re a terrible person.
ask if he could slow to 260. This was at 5,000 lol
