For a little while, our dispatch would highlight “pertinent” NOTAMS in the pages of the printed stack. And it would be perused as such. Right up until things like “TAXIWAY D CLOSED TO ACFT OVR 300,000LB” would get highlighted; but “RWY 13 LOC OTS” would be missed.

I could have sworn CVG had a Dixie when it was a hub. I knew there was one other place outside ATL that had it.
