Thank God they told me about the unlit tower to 347' AGL on Alpha Centauri, that's real useful in my Boeing 757.
 
Great! We went from 97 pages to… 97 pages plus two+ paragraphs explaining “NOTAMS: Notice to Air Missions expired. Notice to Airmen is new lexicon for each departure, destination and alternate airport.

We should just do ICAO. It’s a pain in the ass that I can fly to Europe or Asia and know exactly what’s being asked of me but in some areas “Fly up da rivah, go to da lady, ya traffic is crossing’ da Verrazano, got eeem in sight?”
