My guess based on past practice... 1.) social media will explode with a No vote campaign. 2.) Agreement passes at 73-82% 3.) 2 months later, not one yes voter will admit to it on the line.

The gamble was who would come out better if the economy tanked in the mean time or if the reason that Delta management finally decided to bring the wheelbarrow to a negotiating session didn't materialize for another year. Same decisions we always have to make.

So what happens if the Big 3 all pass a contract that guarantees their pay will be bumped up to 1% more than each other? I know it won't be a repetitive Big 3 1% pay raise tornado but what is usually put in to prevent such a cycle?
