Strange, I was able to review and modify when I had finished it. I haven’t tried since I submitted it though.

I would guess

1) a perfect resume/application (grammatical, times, dates, walk someone through the resume like you’re talking to them)
2) methodical skill set and career advancement.
3) an internal rec
4) a good demeanor/personality/tactful responses interview.
5) MAAD HAT SKILLZ**

Disqualified before I even began. After the pre-qual section (do you have an ATP, do you have a HS diploma, etc.)I was immediately disqualified and can't submit an app. I reviewed the 8 or so questions twice and am positive I answered correctly. Happened to others too from the APC thread. I messaged the recruiting team and tried to find a nice way to suggest their website might be glitchy... we'll see.

Between theirs and JetBlue's application I'm wondering if just getting the dang thing submitted is the biggest barrier to getting a call.

Not at all - like I said, they were all straightforward basic qualification questions. According to the APC thread, people received a response back from recruiting that the applicants answered they did not have a HS diploma when they are all positive they answered they did have one.
