New Alaska/Virgin pilot mins

Well, the internet says for that new hire class they wanted to run at JB.

There is a complete lack of job security due to there being zero scope. E190-E2 made a visit to the hanger in SEA and can be flown by Horizon. No net increase in the fleet and 2% "growth" next year for the company. Def a lot better places to be in this climate, consider it only as a stepping stone...

I don't hear much about working for Virgin. How's the culture and how do they compare?

Well aside from separate pilot groups, Virgin doesn’t actually exist anymore. All the Virgin tails are expected to be gone by the end of the year. They have an aggressive painting schedule for the remaining fleet right now. They’re painting the remaining aircraft at a rate of two airplanes per week.

Still more job security than any 135...or really probably any regional. Not everyone is going to hit the big three jackpot.

Do the 73's still say "proudly all Boeing?"
