Odd, but I guess I can see the logic... So why are Aspen's G1000 172s and newer 172s so expensive? $142/hr seems unusually hight for the area when the school down the road is around $120/hr.

I would like to to some flying soon, and live right next to Centennial...

I like to think it's the fact that we have some killer insurance and because of that we need to have higher rental rates. This is the only reason that I can come up with.

Another ebay listing offers time building in a Seneca flying cross country for 50 hour blocks @ $100 hour.
