I'm trying to spool back up on some stuff, so forgive me if this seems obvious...
Attached is KMIA RNAV (GPS) RWY 9 Approach chart. If you'll notice in the profile view, there is an asterisk note for LNAV approach the minimum altitude is 540' but the MDA is 460'. So is this note limiting the descent to no lower than 540' between DOXSI and WUKVU?
