Hello,

I have been a licenced Aircraft Dispatcher for two months now, and have been searching daily for jobs, and have had no luck. Does anyone know of any companies that will hire without dispatch experience?

These two are great job search sites. Also, your dispatch school should have a list a places that hire dispatchers and/or a list of open positions.

Have patience though, it can take awhile before you get hired. It took me 2 months, which 2-3 months seems to be average.
