Crap. I'm gonna withdraw my compass app and apply to skywest. How long are the upgrades? Do they have any flow or guaranteed interview?

no they don't have flow but Sky is a very financial stable company .....upgrade time is going down to 3-4 years but I would rather be experienced to be sitting in the captain seat then getting there in one year without knowing good stuff. I can give you 100 reason to join skywest. but compass is a good company as well as they are growing...if not skywest compass can definitely be the second option ( my personal opinion)
