Life at Compass

I hope you're wrong!

Interview program...maybe. Flow, never. The data on that experiment is out there, and the major airlines do share notes on these things. There is a legal risk with a flow program as well, and even WN isn't desperate enough to need to take it.

Let's remove the word flow from any CPZ vocabulary. Let's just say some career progression assistance is in the works with WN, that's straight from the CP in cell class... but I'll believe it when I see it.

I've heard part of the hang up with the whole WN deal is that we have no actual "HR Division" and that they wanted to send some suits to Bld C to kind of shadow an interview process, but not sure if that actually happened yet or not

i guess i just dont understand what southwest would get out of that. They have no problem attracting pilots.

I'm guessing the shortage of pilots. With the big 3 pulling people at will and people not wanting to go to southwest as much as the other airlines. Also a faster upgrade time and attrition predictions at the big 3 won't help them either. They'll probably want a pool of pilots they can pull from. I hear that flight ops is liking the idea but HR is where the hang up is (like someone already mentioned). I am hopeful.

Just curious, what is the "legal risk" with a flow?

So comical to hear people talking about a pref interview with swa. I'm sure the CPs office will be announcing it any day now...like they've been saying for what...almost a year?
