And my bids, as an eligible bidder weren't even considered. Somehow it still showed that I hadn't completed IOE, even though I made a bid and talked with crew planning. No award at all for October. Whole month off??

Apparently "avoid reserve" means it'll entirely ignore your day off/must day off reserve requests. Oops.
Noticed this month too that all the Fairbanks stuff is SEA. I don't see any awarded FAI to LAX/MSP. Come on, spread the pain around. I've got to go twice in quick succession. Not quite sure how to arrange my sleep schedule for those ones...

Yes it does. It basically says you will take anything it can give you to, wait for it... Avoid reserve.
